About
These awards are made possible by the generosity and vision of UMD Honors College alumni Daniel Rochkind (’98) and Carly Rochkind. It is their wish that these merit-based awards be made in consideration of advancing underrepresented groups in the Honors College. Decisions will include careful consideration of proposed projects that relate to the advancement of underrepresented groups and the concerns of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
